Legal · Terms of service
Last revised — 12 May 2026
Welcome, Keeper. This Covenant is the agreement between you and Lorealise for the use of our worldbuilding tools, the Lorelai assistant, and everything you draft, publish, and keep here. By creating an account or signing in, you take its vows.
You must be at least 13 years old — or the age of digital consent where you live — to keep an account. If you sign in on behalf of a studio or guild, you confirm you are allowed to bind it to these terms.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything done beneath your name. Keep your password as carefully as you would a true name, and tell us promptly if you suspect it has been taken.
Everything you create in Lorealise — characters, places, lore, maps, notes, and published versions — is yours. We claim no ownership of your canon.
To run the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, copy, display, and process your content: to show it back to you and your collaborators, to power the features you ask for, and to keep the backups that protect your work. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, save for copies held briefly in routine backups.
Lorelai, our assistant, offers suggestions, drafts, and revisions. Every suggestion is a draft you choose to accept or discard — nothing enters your canon until you approve it.
Generated text may be imperfect, inconsistent, or simply wrong. You are responsible for what you publish, and you should not rely on Lorelai for legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Workspaces let many keepers tend a world together. Owners and admins control membership and roles; collaborators can draft and comment within the permissions they are given.
Treat your co-keepers and their work with care. We may act on content or conduct reported within a shared workspace where it breaks these terms.
Do not use Lorealise to create or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, to harass others, or to violate anyone’s rights. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, its rate limits, or the Lorelai models — whether by hand or by automated means.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel a plan at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If we change our prices, we will give you notice before the next renewal.
You may close your account at any time from Account & security. We may suspend or end access if you breach this Covenant or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to Lorealise.
When an account closes, you will have a window to export your worlds before they are removed from active systems.
Lorealise is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lorealise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content beyond the value of what you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may revise this Covenant as the service grows. If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect, and your continued use means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lorealise operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
